THE PROGRAM

1. We license songs. We refer to these songs as seed songs because they are meant to grow. Our users/licensors/customers take our songs and make them into their songs by embellishing the song, as they like.

2. Listen to the songs in our Songs For License catalog. The button is near the top of this page. You will need to open a free account to access our media. When you find a song you want to cover, buy the song license. The procedure for buying a song license is set up in the checkout system.

3. A song license costs $85.00. This nominal fee allows you to:
   
   1. Sell a combination of 1000 CD covers and downloads of your own recording of the song.
   2. Perform the song live non-broadcast with or without our performance track.
   3. Sing and record right over the instrumental track or incorporate none, part or all of the instrumental track into your own recording.
   4. This is a 2-year license.

4. At time of check-out you will receive:
   1. MP3 downloads of both covers that include song with vocal and song as instrumental only. If there are 2 covers available of the song you are licensing, you will be receiving 4 MP3s. Make sure your mailbox has enough room.
   2. You will also receive a PDF or Microsoft Word document of a score, lead sheet or chord progression if available. Availability is noted on the website.
   3. You will also receive a Microsoft Word document of a lyric sheet.
   Please be prepared to save these files on your computer so you can burn a CD and reference or print the accompanying text. If you want us to send you a CD with vocal and instrumental tracks, there is a $4.50 fee. You must order this CD at time of song license purchase.

5. Create your own cover of this licensed song and submit this new cover to our Share Click program. We post covers for paid download. We offer a 50/50 split with creators on all Share Click products. This is non-exclusive so you can market your song anywhere.

6. It is our goal to find Artist Management personnel who will listen to music posted at our website. We will occasionally be sending these same reps music from performers we find extremely exciting.

7. We post new songs the first week of each month. Your account is set up so you can save songs that you may license in the future on your account page.
