BROADCAST LICENSE

Broadcast License

Songs2Share Inc. is currently drafting a Broadcast License for our Users. If any songwriters have suggestions as to what issues we should cover in this license, please advise. A couple of songwriters have shared concerns that their songs have gotten airplay and they have not received appropriate compensation from their Performing Rights Organization. Whereas we have not researched the accuracy of the PROs reporting, we do feel strongly that our songwriters need an agreement with our Users before their songs hit the airwaves.
