SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

Songs2Share, Inc. Submission Agreement

In submitting the enclosed song(s) to Songs2Share, Inc. for marketing consideration, the following items are understood and agreed to:

  1. All songs submitted are the original works of the songwriter or songwriters who sign this form. No loops, samples or other copyrighted material is contained in the compositions.

  2. By submitting your work to Songs2Share, Inc. for consideration, you are agreeing to post this work at our website for sale as terms stated in the License Agreement. Our time is valuable. If we choose to work with you we expect a finished product to market.

  3. Songs accepted for posting will be critiqued. All critique suggestions are offered free. Songs2Share staff make no claim to your work should you include our suggestions.

  4. Songwriters who have songs accepted into the program are expected to have any revisions completed and a finished song to market within 6 weeks of date on critique. ONLY submit songs you can finish within this time frame.

  5. When we agree the song is ready to post at the website for marketing, you must download and complete the License Agreement. You must read, sign and return this to Songs2Share, Inc. This gives us permission to sell Sub-Licenses of your song as agreed upon in the License Agreement between you and Songs2Share, Inc. The Sub-License Agreement is available for your review under the For SONG BUYERS button at the website.

  6. Along with this License Agreement, songwriters must also deliver to Songs2Share, Inc. - 2 CD copies of the song in 16bit, 44.l kHz or better quality. Each CD must contain a cover with and without vocals. Whereas originally submitted songs can be ruffs or works in progress, finished songs must be 16bit, 44.1kHz format or better - unless you have Songs2Share's permission to submit an MP3.

  7. Also include a lyric sheet and a score, chord progression or lead sheet if available.

  8. RELEASE - I understand that Songs2Share, Inc. and its affiliates have exposure to many songs and other musical and literary materials. New ideas and concepts are continually being submitted to you. I also understand that many songs, stories and creative projects often relate to one or more common themes. I understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any compensation or other consideration because of the use of such similar or identical song or story concepts Songs2Share, Inc. and your affiliates are developing. I also attest that no confidential relationship is established by submitting this material to you.
